This work is not consulting. There is no deliverable at the end of a project, no implementation plan handed over, no execution managed on your behalf. What Kim Crayton LLC provides is the thinking, the framework, and the diagnostic precision to help you understand what your organization actually knows, where that knowledge lives, what is tacit and has never been captured, and what it is costing you that it has not been.

There are two ways to engage and one way to get on a stage.

If you are leading an organization or a leadership team, the retainer engagement is where this work lives. At $6,500 per month, this is an ongoing strategic advising relationship built around your organization's specific policies, procedures, and processes. The work is long enough to go deep and structured enough to produce something that lasts.

If you are a leader or manager who needs strategic thinking partnership and is not waiting for your organization to provide it, the individual advising engagement is available at $750 per hour. This is project-based learning grounded in the PWO guiding principles: how to embody them, make decisions from them, and take action that reflects them. The fact that you are here without being sent means you are already ahead of most.

Speaking engagements start at $10,000 to $15,000 plus travel and accommodations. If you want a room full of people to leave uncomfortable in the most productive way possible, this is the entry point.

Every inquiry begins with an intake form. There is one for individual advising and one for organizational advising. Both are reviewed before any conversation is scheduled. Not every inquiry moves forward. That is not a gatekeeping exercise. It is how the work stays aligned and how your time and Kim's time are both respected.
